Refund policy
- All the products we sell are made to order, therefore we do not carry these in stock. As soon as you order from theplatinumpatriot.com, we get to work right away making your specific order. For that reason, we do not offer any "buyer's remorse refunds." Please see detailed sizing charts for items in order to ensure you get the size you need.
- The only orders we will accept refunds or exchanges for are damaged/defective items. For a refund of this nature, please reach out to us via our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order. For items with quality issues, a photograph will be required to show the issue with the item. We are happy to find a solution for any item that didn't make the quality control standards we strive for. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending item(s) back to our warehouse in order to receive refund/exchange.
- Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
